Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in day-to-day operations.
- Manage and coordinate user assignments for system implementation projects. Act as a liaison between the HO/RHO and branch teams, ensuring that all user requests, feedback, and concerns are communicated and addressed effectively.
- Participate in troubleshooting operational issues, recommend solutions, and drive implementation of action plans.
- Coordinate implementation of new operational regulations, ensuring processes are in line with regulatory requirements.
- Review operational risk incidents, identify root causes, and assess the quality, adequacy, and effectiveness of preventative measures.
- Analyze and monitor operational statistics to identify trends, risks, and recommend improvements.
- Responsible for Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and implementation of BCP related activities.
- Handle requests from RHO and HO by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Other job responsibilities assigned by Management/Department Head from time to time.
1. Graduated from Univeristy with major banking, finance, economics.
2. English: Upper - Intermediate level
3. Having at least 5 years of experience in operational process management, project coordination within banking/ finance industry.
4. Hands-on experience in process optimization and system implementation from an operational perspective
5. Excellent documentation, communication and presentation skills, with a high attention to detail
6. Strong critical thinking, problem solving and analytical abilities
7. A sense of responsibility and teamwork attitude.
8. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
