    Hiring:

    ● Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for IT roles.

    ● Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, and social media, to attract high-quality candidates.

    ● Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define candidate personas.

    ● Provide market insights and hiring strategies to align with organizational goals.

    ● Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

    ● Develop and execute targeted digital campaigns to enhance the company's online employer brand.

    ● Leverage online platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels, to highlight company culture, career opportunities, and achievements.

    ● Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices in the IT industry.

    General:

    ● Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

    ● Utilize HR internal systems to manage employee data effectively and analyze employee data for reporting purposes

    ● Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements

    ● Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction

    ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize events and activities that foster a positive work environment

    ● Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking

    ● Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system

    ● Prepare administrative documents, obtain necessary approvals from management, and file documents appropriately

    ● Process purchase orders for the office

    ● Assist in scheduling various meetings and employee programs/events in compliance with company needs

    ● Perform other related duties as assigned

    Yêu cầu công việc

    ・Graduated from University

    ・Female, 32~38 years old

    ・8 years of HR/TA experience including 4 years of experience recruiting IT engineers

    ・Min 2 years of team leader experience (multiple companies preferred)

    ・Have an excellent track record as a recruiter (achieving KPIs, etc.)

    ・English or Japanese proficiency is at business level or higher (e.g. English: TOEIC 700 or higher, Japanese: N2 or higher)
